Dear Skål USA Club Delegates and Members;

 

As was previously communicated, it was with sadness in this difficult time for all of us, that our NASC Congress for 2020 in Winnipeg has been cancelled. With that said, your Skål USA Executive Committee have rescheduled the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and National Committee Meeting (NCM) to Friday, May 15th starting at 2:00 pm EST. These meetings will be held virtually with the AGM being held first and then immediately followed by the NCM.

To establish the eligible votes for the AGM/NCM 2020, the Club membership count will confirmed by Skål International, as of May 5, 2020 (today), midnight in Spain, home of SI. Clubs having 15 to 65 active/life or retired members will have 1 vote. Clubs with 66 or more active/life or retired members will have 2 votes. Young Skål and Associated members do not count towards club votes.

 

Based on their current membership counts, as recorded by SI, the following Clubs are projected to have 2 votes:

 

*             Boston

*             Hawaii

*             New Orleans

*             New York

*             Orlando

*             Washington DC
