The Ohio Housing Finance Agency along with the Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing is proud to sponsor a revolutionary online LIHTC training with an optional HCCP exam. This comprehensive training is conducted by Costello Compliance and is a 12-week series with live Q&A sessions. Each module is released twice a week, so the entire series can be completed in six-weeks, rather than 12, if the attendee choses to do so. Regardless, access to the training modules will continue for the full 12-weeks.
