ALL SAINTS DAY MASSES
Saturday, November 1, 2025
Masses 12 Noon (Rectory chapel)
3pm - Healing Mass (Lower Church)
Why do we celebrate All Saints' Day?
All Saints’ Day (November 1st) is a joyful celebration in the Catholic Church honoring all who are in Heaven — not only famous saints like St. Anthony and St.Thérèse, but countless others known only to God.
This feast reminds us that holiness is not reserved for a few. Every baptized person is called to become a saint—loving God above all and witnessing to Christ in daily life. The saints show that this can be lived in every time and place: in families and workplaces, in youth and old age, in ordinary moments transformed by grace.
We also celebrate the Communion of Saints—our real spiritual bond with the Church in Heaven and those on the way to Heaven. We never journey alone. The saints pray for us, strengthen us, and walk with us.
At its heart, All Saints’ Day is a day of hope: Heaven is real, God’s grace can transform ordinary people, and we too are meant for sainthood. The saints are our brothers and sisters — and they are praying for us now.
It happens that this year, our Healing Mass falls on All Saints Day. ( The other Mass on this day is at 12 Noon).
During our 3pm Healing Mass, we will especially turn to all the saints in Heaven, especially our own patron saints who now live in the fullness of God presence—asking their intercession for every person in our lives (including ourselves) in need of God's healing, peace, and renewed hope.
May the prayers of our beloved saints draw us closer to Christ, our Divine Healer, and may He grant comfort and healing to all at the Healing Mass.
