Dear Providers,

This is a reminder that your Attendance Roster is due by the close of business (COB) on the 3rd business day of each month. Submitting your roster on time ensures timely processing and receipt of your reimbursement payment.

Please double-check your attendance submission status:

• Go to your attendance roster.
• Look at the top right of the screen. If attendance has been submitted, you’ll see the message:
• “Class attendance was submitted to Coalition on xx/xx/xxxx (date of submission) by xxxx@xxxxx (email address of user who submitted attendance)”
• You’ll also see a green check mark and “SUB” next to each child’s name.

If you do not see the submission message or the green check mark and “SUB” next to each child’s name, please attempt to resubmit the attendance, as it may not have gone through.
