There's still time to take the Far Northwest Opportunities Survey!

Have opinions on housing, neighborhood retail and services, and celebrating area history? What about ideas on improving health and safety on our roads and in your community? We want to hear from you!

Community members in Berkeley, Regis/Inspiration Point, Sloan's Lake and West Highland neighborhoods came out in full force in September to weigh in on potential ideas and opportunities for the Far Northwest Area Plan. Over 170 people from across the Far Northwest area attended the community kickoff for the plan and talked with neighbors about the future of their neighborhoods.

If you were unable to attend or if you want to take a deeper dive into the topics we discussed, the Far Northwest Opportunities Survey offers another chance to share your thoughts.

We encourage you to share the survey with friends and neighbors to ensure we hear from as many community members as possible. The survey is available in both English and Spanish.

We will use your input to help create the first draft of the Far Northwest Area Plan. The survey will be open until Nov. 30. If you have trouble accessing the survey or need technical help, contact Senior City Planner Fernando Abbud.
