Join Us for a Day of Connection,

Celebration & Community Health

Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center warmly invites you to our National Health Center Week Open House on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, from 10 AM to 3 PM at 4951 Business Park Blvd, Anchorage.

For just over 50 years, ANHC has stood as a trusted health care partner in our community—providing care that meets people where they are and honors the complexity of their lives. This open house is a celebration of that commitment—and of the partners, champions, and supporters who help make it possible.

We’d be honored to have you join us. Whether you’ve collaborated with us to expand access to care, funded a program that touches lives, or simply believe in the importance of community-based health, your presence means everything.

This is also an opportunity to go behind the scenes and see what makes community health centers like ANHC unique. Learn how we operate, who we serve, and why your partnership matters in building a stronger, healthier community for everyone.

Enjoy:

  • Free blood pressure screenings
  • Food trucks & free snacks
  • Family-friendly activities & door prizes
  • Connection with staff and fellow supporters

With gratitude,

Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center

Together, we’re building a healthier community.

WANT TO HELP SPREAD THE WORD?

At ANHC, we know that good health starts with more than a doctor’s visit—it starts with dignity. Throughout August, we’re collecting donations for Connie’s Closet, which helps meet the basic needs of patients who come through our doors.

As a community health center, ANHC serves patients from all walks of life—mothers and children, older adults, veterans, seasonal workers, and individuals experiencing homelessness. We are committed to understanding the unique needs of our community and providing quality, accessible care that meets people where they are.

Most-needed items include:

  • Sweatpants, base layers, and winter boots
  • Reusable bags and backpacks
  • Personal hygiene items
  • Feminine hygiene products
  • Non-perishable single-serve snacks
  • Reading glasses and small First Aid kits

You can help by:

  • Dropping off items at our Info Desk or Pod A on the first floor
  • Donating online to the Connie’s Closet Fund at anhc.org/donate
  • Giving in person with cash, check, or credit card—just ask for a sealed donation envelope

Together, we can help our neighbors stay warm, nourished, and seen.

For questions or to request a donation envelope mailed to you, email development@anhc.org.
