9:00 a.m. Combined Sunday Worship at St. Mary's

There will be no service in Woodstock this Sunday. We will have a combined service in Crystal Lake so that we can be present at the 2nd-ever Crystal Lake Pride Walk. This is a great opportunity to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and to share about our church!

How can I help? A few additional folks are needed before worship to load up a couple of SUVs with supplies. After worship, we will drive those supplies over to our booth (right behind Starbucks in Downtown Crystal Lake). A few additional cases of bottled water are needed. We also need a few folks to bring bags of ice on Sunday morning. Reach out to Fr. Scott with questions.

How can I participate? After worship, stay for coffee hour and then head over to join the Pride Walk (details below). Later in the day, feel free to stop by our booth and hang out, say hello, and tell people about our community. Our booth will be in the Brink Street Lot behind Starbucks.

In keeping with our mission to promote a welcoming and inclusive environment in our downtown, we are very happy to announce the 2025 Downtown Crystal Lake Pride Walk & Social. LGBTQ+ community members and allies are all welcome!

THE WALK

Meet at Williams St. & Crystal Lake Ave. at 11 am in your most colorful apparel (Pride flags welcome!) to join the walk from Williams St., to Woodstock St., to Grant Street. This year’s event ends at a festival in the Brink Street parking lot.

THE SOCIAL

Stay at the festival to eat and socialize, shop the craft fair supporting LGBTQ+ owned businesses and makers, and connect with non-profits and community resources. Enjoy live music performances, line dancing, a karaoke contest, and a car show!
