Here Gelender laments the fact that “Israel’s use of religious symbols” in its ongoing slaughter in Gaza “has robbed Jews of a faith practice divorced from nationalist barbarism … After Palestinians, Zionism’s next victim is the Jewish faith.” 

Indeed, the whole Zionist argument that Judaism and Zionism are the same thing links religion to political power, just as Catholicism was bound to a Papal state in the 16th century, and the various Protestant sects to secular states in the 17th. 

It also resurrects as present policy the most inhuman aspects of the Old Testament wherein God commands the Israelites to “attack the Amalekites and completely destroy everything they have.”

Just to be sure the divine order is not misunderstood, God itemizes the targets: “Kill men, women, infants and nursing babies, oxen and sheep, camels and donkeys.” 



Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu has referred to the Palestinians as Amalekites, and so in Gaza, his government seems to be reenacting the biblical conquest of Canaan.

Julian Assange will soon find out whether he will be granted a final appeal in the U.K. in his fight against extradition, or will soon face the cruel vengeance of the U.S., says Mary Kostakidis.

In Julian Assange’s extradition case, Magistrate Judge Venessa Baraitser determined he would not survive imprisonment in a U.S. Supermax facility – that he is very likely to commit suicide.

One of the final witnesses in the 4 week extradition trial in 2020 was an American lawyer whose client Abu Hamza was held in ADX Colorado where Julian is likely to be sent. Abu Hamza has no hands. He was extradited from the U.K. following assurances by the U.S. that the prison system was able to deal with the special requirements of such a prisoner.

His lawyer testified that despite assurances he would not be placed in total isolation, that is indeed where he was kept, under Special Administrative Measures, and the U.S. had also failed to delivered on other undertakings to protect his human rights – he did not have a toilet in his cell he could operate – he was stripped of all dignity, contrary to guarantees.

The attack on Yemen by US, Britain and other forces is a dangerous escalation of the war in the Middle East. The attack is intended to halt the Houthi support for the people of Gaza that has taken the form of attacks on Israel-bound shipping. But as the Houthis have made clear, the attacks will not end their support for the Palestinians.

The only way to stop this unfolding and escalating conflict in the Middle East, is to stop the war on Gaza: to implement an immediate and permanent ceasefire and to ensure freedom and sovereignty for Palestine, as enshrined in UN resolutions and international law.

The alternative to this course of action is the further spread of war, to Yemen, Lebanon, and even to Iran. This is the most dangerous time for more than two decades in the Middle East and it clearly raises the spectre of nuclear weapons use.

Because not only is Israel heavily armed with the most up-to-date conventional weaponry, it is also heavily armed with nuclear weapons.

Recent rhetoric from a number of Israeli politicians suggests a willingness to use their nuclear weapons; if the conflict were to extend to Iran, who can say that Israel would not use its nuclear weapons on non-nuclear Iran?

How such a threat would be defined is also unknown. The fact remains that nuclear-weapons possession allows Israel to act with impunity, in Gaza, and in the wider region. And that possession is also impacting on how others are willing to relate to Israel.

Global Law and Order Via the Earth Constitution & the UN General Assembly

The UN Charter's loopholes prevent the UN from the needed intervention to stop the world crimes reported in this issue of DWF NEWS: Genocide, crimes against humanity, stealing Palestinian lands and homes, torture, killing or imprisoning journalists, apartheid and more.

Global law and order may be possible if the UN General Assembly takes what action it can under the Charter, and also begins Charter Review under Article 109. The UNGA should join forces with the World Constitution & Parliament Association whose Earth Constitution is ready to go. It is ready to serve as a guide, model and authority for a "new UN" free of the burden of the undemocratic UN Security Council. 

By bringing in the WCPA's Earth Constitution for the Review, the UN General Assembly can become democratic, -- no more a second class citizen at the UN.  It can adopt the EC's World Judicial System and Enforcement, free from the Security Council's P-5's veto which has protected the leaders of Bully nations who routinely violate international law.

who reported on international lawyer Francis Boyle who believes that the UN General Assembly acting under the Uniting for Peace Resolution (1950) can:

1. Suspend Israel from participation in its activities as the General Assembly did to the former criminal apartheid regime in South Africa and to the genocidal Yugoslavia;
2. Set up an International Criminal Tribunal for Israel in order to prosecute its highest level civilian and military officials for war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide;
3. Recommend economic sanctions against Israel to UN Member States;
4. Recommend UN Member States sever diplomatic relations with Israel;
5. Admit Palestine as a full fledged UN Member State

Global law and order and democracy are absent and a glaring problem for the United Nations which too often is sidelined when it counts the most, unable to intervene when it is clearly needed. Democracy is also absent at the UN. The Earth Constitution provides new structures and authority which can make the UN more relevant, vibrant, and with the potential for justice and to end war itself.  - R. ... Trump and Biden are of the same breed. They both went before AIPAC and swore allegiance to Israel. Neither have ever been truly American presidents and they never will be. They are both foreign agents. If we fail to understand that underlying fact, nothing will ever change ...

As a result, they are both incapable of admitting that the US-backed Israeli criminal enterprise is right now committing atrocities against the Palestinian people. And that fact is the key to understanding US Middle East policy.

In fact, Israel’s atrocities are so open and obvious this time around, that the ICJ looks like it is prepared to issue a very harsh sentence for genocide against Israel. (Which could easily lead to similar charges against the US that supports the killings). Yet no federal US official would ever dare to mention this embarrassing fact.

Almost the entire US-led combined West has defended Israel’s genocide while the resistance groups and Iran have condemned it. It’s obvious who has the moral high ground and yet we’re told the resistance groups that oppose genocide are “terrorists.” Even as Israel slaughters dozens of civilians every day and is not called a terrorist regime in the West.

In order to become a candidate in the Primaries, a candidate for federal public office is virtually obliged to go before AIPAC, the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, and essentially swear allegiance to Israel.

Despite the widespread acceptance of the state of Israel in the West, swearing allegiance to this state makes US federal officials de facto foreign agents. Biden is one. Trump is one. Mike Pompeo is another. So is Antony Blinken and all the rest of the Biden team. Almost every Congress person and Senator is a foreign agent as well.

So it turns out the IDF has been running a Telegram channel featuring homemade snuff films in which Gazans are brutally murdered by Israeli forces, captioned with celebrations of the gore and pain therein like “Burning their mother… You won’t believe the video we got! You can hear their bones crunch.”

The IDF had previously denied any association with the channel, but Haaretz now reports that it was directly run by an IDF psychological warfare unit.

This is one of those many, many times where Israel is so awful that at first you’re not sure what you’re looking at. You think you must be misreading the report. Then you read it again and go “Oh wow, that’s SO much worse than I would have guessed.”

Tucker Carlson has been spotted in Moscow, generating speculation that he’s there to interview President Vladimir Putin, and the liberal commentariat are losing their minds about it.

There’s no valid basis for Westerners to object to Putin being interviewed by a Western pundit. There’s no moral basis because Israeli officials have had unfettered access to a wildly sympathetic Western press throughout four months of administering an active genocide. 

U.S. foreign policy is essentially one big long war against disobedience. Bombing, regime changing, starving and destabilizing any population anywhere on earth who dares to insist on its own self-sovereignty instead of letting itself be absorbed into the folds of the global empire.
