Reminder that the deadline to renew your space and to receive the early bird discounted rates is this Wednesday August 27th.

After August 27th, regular space rates will apply and spaces not renewed will be released to new exhibitors.

Thank you to our returning and new exhibitors for submitting your contract, space requests and deposits already!

It is important for all exhibitors to confirm your plans by August 27th. Floor plan and space allocations will commence following the deadline therefore it’s imperative that you let us know what your space request is for 2026. This applies to indoor space and in-water slips.

For our indoor exhibitors - reminder that at this time there isn't a draft floorplan to share. We will strive to provide similar positioning and dimensions to what you held at the 2025 show but there may be some restrictions simply due to the relocation from BC Place to the Vancouver Convention Centre and the differences between the layout of the buildings. If you would like to request specific dimensions and/or any changes to what is showing on your renewal, please note that directly on your paperwork when you submit it.

Floor plan updates will be sent in late summer/early fall through our Exhibitor Newsletter.

Delivered to your inbox the VIBS Exhibitor Newsletter is the primary communication source for important information, deadlines and more.

The Vancouver Boat Show newsletters are the main source of communication. 

Some exhibitors report that they don’t receive the newsletter, or it lands in their junk folder. We suggest to please check your junk or clutter folders periodically. If the newsletter is found there you can typically right click the email and under the Junk tab select one of the options to ensure the sender and/or email domain is allowed.

All exhibitor newsletters are located on the show's website, so you can also keep up to date on communications if your email filters don't consistently display them in your inbox. Newsletters are posted to the Vancouver Boat Show website under the Exhibitors tab.
