Experience and Capacity Approval Requests

This is a reminder that all Experience and Capacity approval requests for entities participating in a 2025 4% LIHTC Final Application must be submitted by Friday, September 26, 2025.

This deadline applies to any entity that will be included in a Final Application submitted by the Program Calendar deadline of Friday, October 31, 2025.

Submit your Experience and Capacity materials before the deadline to ensure your team is eligible.

2026 Experience and Capacity Guidelines - First Draft

Public comments on the first draft 2026 Experience and Capacity Guidelines are due by Tuesday, October 1, 2025. We encourage all stakeholders to review the draft and share feedback to help shape next year’s process.
