Reminder: G.O. Bond Bayshore Traffic Calming

Notice Date: Friday, October 30, 2026

What’s Happening

Beginning the week of November 2, 2026, the City will begin installing traffic-calming improvements throughout the Bayshore neighborhood. Planned enhancements include a combination of speed tables, speed cushions, traffic circles and intersection improvements.

These measures are intended to improve neighborhood safety by reducing vehicle speeds and discouraging cut-through traffic on local streets.

Residents whose properties are adjacent to a proposed traffic-calming device should have received a door hanger from the City providing notice of the upcoming construction work.
