Do you have your SentriLock credentials? It’s super easy to get them! All you have to do is email Emily Simonelli for the User Agreement, then once you sign it she will activate your account right away. It can take less than 10 minutes! To get a head start you can download the app here (Apple/Android).
 
Why bother? Because listing agents are being inundated with one day code requests and cannot keep pace with requests coming in. By not having the app, your clients will miss out on listings.
 
Speaking of listings, we all know the market is moving very quickly right now, but we still need to be courteous to one another and maintain our professionalism. Providing feedback for showings, or cancelling a showing takes a minute of our time. This market won't last forever, but your reputation will, so preserve it.
 
We have a few events coming up that I want to remind you of – that you can attend “in-person” (Yay!):
 
 
 
Finally, every May we celebrate the Mothers in our life. This Mother’s Day I hope all you REALTOR® Moms can enjoy your day. You give to your clients, your companies, and communities, while still being heavily involved with children’s activities, and caring for older parents.

While the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the National Association of REALTORS® establishes objective, enforceable ethical standards governing the professional conduct of REALTORS®, it does not address issues of courtesy or etiquette. Based on input from a variety of sources, the Professional Conduct Working Group of the Professional Standards Committee has developed the following list of professional courtesies for use by REALTORS®.
