Dear Sarah,

As a reminder, beginning today at 6:00pm, you will no longer need a separate username and password to log into CareLogic. We are implementing an SSO (Single Sign On) which will link your network ID and password with CareLogic, similar to the new intranet. This also means that you will never have to change your CareLogic password again! In addition, this also means that our sensitive client information will now be protected by the same protections that keep our email and other online data safe, such as Multi-Factor Authentication.

Today at 5:00pm, the IT and MIS Departments will be working together to make this change. If you are logged in prior to 5:00pm today you will not be “kicked out,” but if you try to log in between 5:00-6:00pm, you may not have access to CareLogic. When you log in after 6:00pm today, the new login screen below will appear.

If you log in from the Village Intranet page, that link will be updated during the process, and you can continue to use that link without interruption. If you have any existing bookmarks in your browser or on your desktop, you will need to update them after the transition.

Also, please remember to lock your PC if you need to walk away from it so that nobody can access your data when you’re not in front of it. Simply closing CareLogic is no longer enough to keep prying eyes out of it. Did you know you can quickly lock your PC by pressing the Windows Key + L?

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact CareLogic Support.
