Join us as our Growing Healthy Minds virtual learning collaborative series kicks off this fall on October 29th from 6:30-7:45pm! In this interactive session, school teams will delve into the critical importance of defining roles in supporting student mental health. Through dynamic discussions, participants will learn how to effectively engage a cohesive and comprehensive support system that prioritizes student well-being. Learners will leave the session with practical tools and strategies to enhance their team’s collective impact on student mental health. This session will include didactic education, review a real-world case study and enable participants to ask questions of key mental health and legal experts
Each session offers 1.25 CME credits, 1.25 MOC Part 2 points, 1.25 CNE credits, and 1.25 professional development hours for participants who join the session and complete a session evaluation.

About the Growing Healthy Minds Learning Collaborative | |
|
Purpose: Growing Healthy Minds is a virtual professional development series which brings together school physicians, school nurses, school counselors, school administrators, educators and other school-based mental health professionals from across the state to improve mental health support for all students. Participants collaborate to achieve the goal of improving understanding of how to promote holistic mental and behavioral well-being and respond as student mental health concerns arise.
Participation offers the opportunity to:
- Join a statewide network of peers who share resources and lessons learned.
- Participate in monthly virtual learning sessions for didactic and case-based learning and mentorship.
- Benefit from support and guidance from a team of expert Hub Faculty.
- Access to a virtual library of student mental health information, resources and tools

Cost: FREE! There is no cost to participate in this series.
