A Message from Stillmeadow's Phys Ed Teachers re:
 Kids Heart Challenge
Dear Parents,

We are gearing up for our Kids Heart Challenge Event which takes place February 3-7 during Physical Education Classes.

In preparation for the Kids Heart Challenge, students have been learning jump rope skills, how their heart works, and how good nutrition and physical activity can help people live longer, healthier lives.

We are so proud of your children for taking the pledge to get heart healthy, and we are nearing our goal of having every Stillmeadow student take the healthy challenge to either move more, be kind, or be prepared.

In addition to completing the Kids Heart Challenge during gym class, students and families are encouraged to support the fight against heart disease.

There's still time for your child to take their healthy challenge online or by downloading the free Kids Heart Challenge mobile app for iPhone or android to earn a free wristband. Every child who raises at least $10 online will receive the Perrie and Knox Heart Heroes Characters.
A huge thank you to the students and families who have already raised more than $1,300 to fight heart disease.

If you have not already done so, we hope you will consider supporting this important cause.
