Firefighter students, Josh Mcgregor and Trentin Wegner, practice how to properly put out a fire with a fire extinguisher, with and without their gear, on a simulator. 

Libby Levasseur (WFHS Junior) and Jared Lane (WFHS Sophomore) were recognized as the St. Francisville Area Foundation Junior Board members. Both students are interested in the foundation goals of maintaining and improving the quality of life for our citizens. 

Members of the swim team wore pink caps for Breast Cancer Awareness Month during practice at the YMCA!  

Cullen Gates, Miles Lavespere, and Lane Robertson begin their new exploratory rotation with mock singing auditions in Ms. Minor’s choir class. 

Students in Ms. Minor’s 6th grade choir classes enjoy listening to their peers sing during mock auditions.

Rylei Keller, Olivia Vavasseur, Ada Lane Estep, Cole Ollenburger and Beau Bradley Simoneuax lead the morning announcements, the Pledge of Allegiance, the 7 Habits and raise the American and Louisiana flags to start our day at Bains Lower. They did a great job!

Cadets in NJROTC participated in a "shoe shine party." Cadets are required to shine their shoes as part of their uniform inspections. 

Mrs. Babette Bourgeois from Central LA Area Health Education Center presented information about the AHEC program to our EMR, CNA, MA, and Intro to Health Occupations classes. 

WFHS juniors & seniors met with their WFMS mentees today! This month’s meeting focused on prioritizing responsibilities! Together we are better!
