1/2 in. Hex Collar Clamps

These new custom colored collar clamps have been designed specifically with FIRST Robotics Competition teams in mind. These one-piece collar clamps are a nice fractional 1/2 in. width to make shaft stack-ups easy. The clamping force is provided by a 10-32 socket head screw. This provides a high-strength clamping solution that shouldn't strip out. These thoughtfully designed collar clamps also have small bosses on each side. This allows these collar clamps to be installed directly adjacent to an FR8ZZ Round or FR8ZZ Hex bearing without rubbing on the outer races for smooth operation.

25 Series & 35 Series Symmetrical Hub Sprockets

The 25 Series Hub Sprockets are aluminum and work perfectly with 1/2 in. hex shaft and mesh with our #25 roller chain. The 35 Series Hub Sprockets are steel and work perfectly with 1/2 in. hex shaft and mesh with our #35 roller chain. All Sprockets are symmetrical and have the same sized hub on both sides so there's no wrong way to install them. The hub is also sized to ride on only the inner race of a bearing for smooth motion without binding or rubbing.
