Who are NextGen Leaders?
Disability:IN NextGen Leaders are college students and recent graduates with disabilities, including veterans, who are top talent for corporate America. NextGen Leaders are primarily in the STEM, finance, and business fields and have an opportunity to connect with leading brands in those industries.

Leaders are matched one-on-one with mentors from Disability:IN Corporate Partners and experience an all-expense paid trip to the Disability:IN Annual Conference where NextGen Leaders network and interview with companies like Boeing, Facebook, JPMorgan Chase, and Microsoft.

"I'm a first generation college student. I'm also an immigrant with English as my second language, from a low-income household, and have a non-apparent disability.

I'm also the first person from El Salvador to ever receive a degree in aerospace engineering. I completed an internship with Boeing and the NextGen Leader program - and found myself juggling 4 job offers."
