Introducing the New Faces of OES

Naomi Goldman-Sustainability Fellow

As a Sustainability Fellow, Naomi's main focuses are overseeing the EV Permit program, recycling coordination, and local food systems; particularly assisting with the bioreactor composting system builds and leading the Food Scrap Drop off pilot program. Naomi enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and rock climbing, but she can also be found quietly relaxing by a body of water or testing her culinary and baking skills creating new dishes to share with close friends.

Peri Ledwell-Climate Justice VISTA

As a Climate Change VISTA, Peri is assisting with the development of energy equity programs in order to build capacity and inclusion in the Greater Cincinnati area. Peri is a big nature lover and has spent her first month in Cincinnati/NKY exploring the many trails and parks. With a background in the food industry, Peri is also interested in improving food access for Cincinnati residents and navigating the new food scene!

Rachel Bickett-Sustainability Fellow

As a Sustainability Fellow, Rachel is involved with climate resiliency projects including microplastics, green infrastructure, and climate migration. She is also assisting in regional initiatives around food waste diversion on college campuses.

Rachel is a native Cincinnatian, and enjoys brunches, board games, and exploring new parks for hiking and tennis.
