Special Stipulations: The buyers enter this agreement and accept the following terms. Blount County will enter into a lease agreement with the new buyer and will remain in the premises at no charge for 12 months from the date of close. Anything exceeding 12 months will be a month-to-month lease for 4K each month. Blount county would assume the cost for all electricity, water, fiber, property taxes, etc. for the duration of occupancy. Each bid constitutes an offer on the property. The auction is subject to the owner's acceptance and confirmation. The closing date will be with Blount Title on or before 1/13/23. A $20,000 earnest money deposit will be due to Blount Title within 24 hours of the auction.
