If you did not enroll in benefits this year, click the button below to register with Employee Navigator.

Follow the steps below to register:

1. Click on the registration link - Register
2. Enter your First Name, Last Name, DOB and Last Four of your SSN.
3. Enter the Company ID – LASTINGCHANGE (It is case sensitive)
4. Create your username and password - remember them for future use!
5. Follow the on-screen instructions and complete your enrollment.

2024 insurance open enrollment will begin on 11/28/23 and will conclude at 5:00 PM EST on 12/12/23. If you do not make your elections during this period, your current elections will remain in effect for 2024 plan year. The only exception is the HSA and FSA. New elections must be made for the HSA and FSA for 2024.
