We got INSPIRED by our captivating keynote speakers and talented emcee, conference commentator and discussion hosts who graced the mainstage ... We took action and were ACTIVATED by Learning Tracks experts who shared their knowledge and kept us busy filling out those Learning Track canvases ... And we CONNECTED in-person and virtually sharing our learnings, insights, and takeaways from this year's IWL Conference and expanding our professional network at the same time. And what about the Conference Kits of goodies we received?! It was quite a Conference this year and we are grateful to everyone who attended and those who helped make all of this happen!

Bravanti’s Coaching Circles provide practical information for women leaders about empowering themselves and their careers. Each circle will consist of four, one-hour Zoom sessions that will enable women to build on their relationships and increase their network within their IWL Coaching Circle. 

Bravanti’s accredited and certified Executive Coaches will facilitate discussion, coaching, and guidance around practical skills and actions that they can use immediately in the workplace and in their personal lives. Sample topics may include:

  • Harnessing Your Personal Power
  • Find Your Voice: Women & Meetings
  • Are You Thriving or Surviving? Managing Your Energy
  • Creating A Vision

Each of the IWL Coaching Circles may have up to six IWL attendees and one Bravanti executive coach.

IN CELEBRATION OF PRIDE MONTH
Pride In Our Journeys 

Each of us is on our own journey. Those journeys include LGBTQIA+ members who are our family, our friends, our colleagues at work. 

Roughly 1 out of 2 (43%) lesbian, gay, and bisexual people have been open with their family about their sexual orientation. Those same numbers hold for the 46% of employees who haven’t revealed their orientation at work. Furthermore, the LGBTQIA+ journeys have become even more challenging with the record-breaking number of anti-LGBTQIA+ legislation bills and recent backlash to companies visibly demonstrating support for them. 

Now more than ever, we need to be intentional about learning from LGBTQIA+ journeys and taking action as allies and advocates. We need to embrace that this month of June, Pride month, is recognition to and a celebration of this community. We have an opportunity to advance our own personal journey in helping achieve a more inclusive and equitable workplace and world. 

Please join us on June 29 to learn from some LGBTQUIA+ journeys and the journeys of some of their allies who call themselves family, friend or colleague. Let’s work together to make every month Pride month.
