August 27, 2021 – May 23, 2022.

Parking Sale Sign Up form will be active 3/19/2021 at 10:00am. Passes for our Davis Court and Dennison Road lots will be sold on a FIRST COME- FIRST SERVE basis. Completing the sign-up form does not guarantee your reservation of a parking pass, as we will honor those who submit their entries first until Monday 3/22/2021 to complete payment for the pass. If the amount of spots we are selling (per property) reach capacity all following entries will be added to a waitlist. If a confirmed reservation does not complete payment by Monday 3/22 that spot will become open to our first entry (waitlist), and so on. In other words, the first person that submits a reservation request after we have hit our capacity will be given the opportunity to purchase the available parking pass (first come - first serve).

Review our Dennison Road or Davis Court Parking Agreements (attached). Be sure to read this email in its entirety along with any other previous communications. Any overdue account balance, including (but not limited to) Security Deposit, Application Fee, or other charge items must be paid prior to our parking sale date on 3/19/2021. We will have you complete a parking application agreement AFTER we confirm your reservation for a parking space. Please wait for us to contact you.

We are allocating a number of these spaces to Madbury Commons Residents. Availability is as follows:

  • Davis Residents: 34
  • Madbury Commons Residents for Davis Lot: 30
  • Dennison Residents: 23
  • Madbury Commons Residents for Dennison Lot: 25

Upon completion of our online form (on March 19th at 10:00am); You will be contacted by a member of our staff alerting you that we have added the charge for your parking pass request & will post a signable parking agreement document to your online Madbury Properties Resident Portal Account. You will be required to remit payment by that Sunday (3/21) at Midnight to claim your spot. If payment is not received by this deadline, we will reach out to the next person on the waitlist to claim this spot.

Summer parking passes will be sold separately at a later date.

To ensure the health and safety of our future residents and our staff, the parking sale will be completely remote. The online form (provided above) will track your sign up, including a time stamp of the entry- this will ensure that parking passes are awarded on a first come, first serve basis.

In addition to these downtown parking lots, we also reserve 150 spaces through UNH at their Mast Road parking lot exclusively for our residents to purchase for the school year. These spaces go on sale in July and you just need to contact the UNH Parking Department and state that you are a Madbury Properties resident interested in purchasing a parking permit. You would pay UNH directly and pick the permit up from their office.
