The Public Building Commission of Chicago, in partnership with the City of Chicago's Department of Water Management, will host a non-mandatory Pre-Submission Conference (Conference) for Design-Build Services for the DWM New Operations Facility Project.

The intent of the Conference will be to discuss the Request for Proposals (RFP) issued on January 15, 2026, respond to inquiries regarding the RFP, and promote networking opportunities within the construction community. A non-mandatory site visit will immediately follow. All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
