PHIT Act Reintroduced with Expanded Support

Building off the strong momentum established at the end of 2022, we are excited to learn that the Personal Health Investment Today (PHIT) Act was just reintroduced in both the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate, supported by an expanded group of bipartisan champions. The bill is designed to encourage healthier lifestyles, provide financial incentives to ease burdens for healthy behavior, and increase the ability of people of all ages to engage in more active behaviors.
