First hatching of the gypsy moth caterpillars have been seen in our area last week. Now is the time to spray BTK as it is most effective on the caterpillars when they are small.

It is stressful on you trees to lose all their leaves then push out a second set in the same season so consider feeding your evergreens and trees consistently this summer

Quick Citrus Tips: use clay when repotting as it allows for some air around roots. Keep soil evenly moist, always use a premium lightweight potting mix when repotting. Never let your citrus dry out completely but avoid overwatering at all costs.

Simply put: use a moisture meter.

Bright light 6-8 hours of sun a day. Always transition your citrus trees slowly outdoors after winter, never put them out in full hot sun immediately.
