Plat Tracker payments will be temporarily unavailable starting 5 p.m. on Friday, May 24 to 6 a.m. on Friday, May 31 as we migrate to a new payment provider system. The Department advises customers to make all payments for Plat Tracker applications before 5 p.m. on May 24.
Payments for Recordation plat applications or Amending plats during this time can be made by calling 832-393-6632 or emailing planning.payments@houstontx.gov.
This change only applies to online payments and is not related to the new Plat Tracker launch coming this summer. For any additional questions, please call 832-393-6600.
