The Public Building Commission of Chicago (PBC) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for firms (including firms proposing to have a controlling interest in Joint Ventures) interested in providing Design-Build Services for the City Colleges of Chicago ('CCC') School of Nursing Expansion at Kennedy-King College Project.

PBC will host an in-person

Pre-Submission Conference and Site Visit

on Monday, October 28, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.

Interested firms are strongly encouraged to attend.
