As we continue the conversations around the Student Services Realignment, I want to remind you to sign up for the upcoming Roundtable Discussions before RSVPs close at 3:00 p.m. this Thursday.
This realignment is not happening in a vacuum. What’s coming is a direct reflection of what you have shared with SWIM, Dr. Lowery-Hart, and me—through one-on-one conversations, campus meetings, surveys, and focus groups over the past year. These discussions are not just about change; they are about ensuring that the work ahead is aligned with the needs and insights you’ve already voiced.
The Roundtable Discussions are an opportunity to engage in focused, candid conversations about what this transition means for our students, our teams, and our collective work. I know change brings questions, and these sessions are designed to ensure you have the space to ask them, share perspectives, and help shape how we move forward.
