We encourage all of our customers to download and install the latest version 1.1.93 of the Motomix Plus Software as soon as possible to take advantage of these new updates. The installation process is quick and easy. You can find instructions on how to install the software in a short tutorial video at the bottom of this email or contact our customer support team for assistance.

*If the download doesn't start automatically when you click the link, please try copying and pasting it into your web browser's address bar. We have also attached a short tutorial video on installing the software at the bottom of this email for a seamless transition.

The new software version has been designed with your needs in mind, and we are confident that you will find it more efficient and user-friendly than ever before. Some of the new features include improved Spectro performance, enhanced printed labels, and greyshades mixing of primers via scale

We are also pleased to advise that above new Spectro App features are now available in the cloud.

Kindly note that all cloud users are required to download the new Spectro Cloud Application to have access to these improvements. Here are the steps to follow when downloading the new app:

1. Log in to your Motomix cloud account.

2. Proceed to the "Spectro Jobs" section.

3. Click on the link "Download Spectro Cloud Application" located at the bottom of the section

4. The app will begin downloading automatically. Once it's complete, click to open the Spectro App.

5. Log in to the spectro application using your Motomix cloud account login credentials.

If you have any questions please contact your Technical Representative or call 1-800-815-2278 and select Option 1 for Color Support or request for Spectro Cloud Technical Support.

Uninstalling the prior version of the software is not required. Your custom formulas and prices will be automatically transferred to the new software. However, we strongly recommend that you export your stock and prices, along with your custom formulas, before downloading the new version to ensure that no data is lost.



Motomix Plus 3 is a Windows-exclusive software that requires a 1.6 GHz or faster 64-bit (x64) processor.

Attention all Motomix Plus 2 users:  Motomix Plus 2 software is no longer be available. As an alternative, we recommend migrating to either Motomix Plus 3 or the Cloud-Based Color Software. To switch to the cloud-based version, please complete and submit the provided form.
