COVID-19 Status Update
While our HQ is still under a Shelter-in-Place order, we are starting to process refunds and credits. Here's what you can expect:
Starting May 4, we will begin sending emails that explains your options for refunds and credits. You will receive ONE EMAIL per CHILD per CLASS registered. This means if your child was signed up for 2 clubs, you will receive two emails. Each email will have a link. When you click that link, your options will be displayed. Click on your preference and you are done. Please do a SCREEN PRINT of your selections as your confirmation.
Once you receive your email, you have TWO WEEKS to make your selection. Refunds are issued as CHECKS and mailed to your address on account. We expect all refunds to be completed by the end of May.
Refunds versus Credits
As was previously announced, we are issuing a credit for unused fees for Super Science Smorgasbord and any other club that started but did not finished. These credits will be usable for programs in the future.
For classes that did not start, you will have the option for a full refund or credit. Refunds will be MAILED. The clubs mostly impacted are Bristle Bots and Goosebumps.
With either option, customers will have a third option - donation. If you select this option, we appreciate your generosity. Like so many other small businesses, we have been completely shut down for about 6 weeks. And yet our fixed expenses continue and we've been trying to keep staff employed. We are looking forward to future events and clubs with proper safety protocols in place, but it will take time to restart.
