Dear 6th Grade Families,
On behalf of our DSHS SADD organization who will be sponsoring the event, we would like to invite your 6th grader to a Hawaiian Spring Fling on Friday, May 6th from 7-9PM. The event will take place indoors at the cafeteria at Lindquist Commons. There will be a DJ, decorations, games and activities. Hawaiian style or summer dress is encouraged but not required. Please note that Middle School dress code requirements are still in place for this event. The cost for entry into the event is $20 (please bring cash) and the funds collected will be used to pay for the event and fund SADD activities at the high school including speakers and pre-prom events. Additionally, SADD is looking for parent volunteers to help chaperone the event and donate snacks and beverages. Please see the attached link to sign-up and see more information.
