San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) is proposing the Golden Pacific Powerlink —140-miles of 500-kV high voltage transmission lines and tower structures that will run through Temecula, specifically near/along SR 79, Temecula Pkwy/Temecula Creek, and De Luz/Santa Margarita Ecologic Reserve/Santa Margarita River.
