End-of-season Survey

This year’s End-of-Season Survey is open through October 31, and we would like to ask that you take 5-10 minutes to let us know your thoughts about Centred Outdoors’ programming. Every question is optional. Your feedback will help us plan future seasons, and improve elements of our outings such as transportation to events, Junior Naturalist tools, and our Gear Library!

Please provide your email address at the end of the survey to be entered into the end-of-season prize drawing! Prizes include:

• a gift card to Appalachian Outdoors
