THE OFFICIAL NEWSLETTER OF THE ST. ANDREW'S SOCIETY OF LOS ANGELES

2025

Our 95th year as an organization was recently celebrated at our 95th Robert Burns Supper. As we ring in the new year celebrating almost a century, we are still saddened by the tragedy of so many of our members/friends/family who lost everything in the recent fires. At our Burns event, we highlighted several charities and as always, our charity of choice that gives back to Scotland is The National Trust for Scotland. Because of the recent devastation in Southern California, we also gave to three fire related non-profits: The LAFD Foundation, Best Friends Animal Society and The World Central Kitchen. All of these charities are worthy organizations that stepped in to help when people were at their most vulnerable. We thank and honor them for their compassion, commitment and brotherhood.

2025 has had a challenging start for some of us. As an organization who is only strong because of its members, we thank you for allowing us to serve for 95 years!

Tummy Monster is proof that independent film is well worth investing in (Thehollywoodnews.com)

Endlessly inventive and darkly funny, Tummy Monster is a little film with big ideas. With performances from Lorn Macdonald and Orlando Norman more than capable of having audiences gripped for the duration

(Cinema Perspective)
