CEO CORNER

Here are Hot items for the first week of Spring:

  • Three ways to grow your business
  1. In your business, focus on building lifelong relationships with customers, potential clients, and your team. Word of mouth is your strongest “free” advertising!
  2. Know your core customer and concentrate on them. With so much information competing for our attention, it is crucial to Know Your Customer (KYC) and focus your marketing strategy directly on them. You can’t be all things to all people.
  3. Lastly, in case you need reminding, Social Media is still one of the most important tools you have at your disposal. Paid ads are the No. 4 way consumers find out about products, just behind word of mouth, TV ads, and search engines.

  • The State of the City was a terrific success! Special Thank you to Mayor Hildy Stern, and all the presenters, Bruce Moe, City Manager, Police Chief Derrick Abell, Erick Lee, Public Works Director, Carrie Tai, Community Development Director, and Dr. John Bowes, MBUSD Superintendent, you were all amazing! If you were not able to attend this the link for the replay.

  • Ribbon Cuttings – This week we held two Ribbon Cuttings at Coast Music and Nine24 Kitchen, formerly the Source Café, and both were amazing events! Look for upcoming ribbon cutting events, and come out to support your local businesses!
