As previously announced on June 7, the Harpers Ferry Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Friday, June 15, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. on the subject of whether the Hill Top Hotel Concept Design Plan meets the objectives of the Promontory Overlay District, as set forth in Article 1313.04 (b) (1)-(8), of the Codified Ordinances of Harpers Ferry, and whether the proposal, if constructed, would likely conform with the Comprehensive Plan of the Corporation of Harpers Ferry. The public hearing will be conducted at the Stephen T. Mather Training Center, 51 Mather Place, Harpers Ferry.
Interested parties who wish to make public comments must sign up before the meeting to address the gathering for up to five minutes in person. You are encouraged to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the meeting in order to sign up. Should you prefer, you may comment by email to
