Hello to our Run Tucson running and walking friends!
We just got off the phone with Daniela from the BEYOND-Tucson Foundation.
She reminded us about all the free events BEYOND is hosting this week in commemoration of their history and their commitment to a healthier community.
All of their activities are FREE, inclusive, and based upon four pillars: move your body, eat nutritious foods, spend time in nature, and connect with others.
Check out their schedule below!
Remember: BEYOND is the beneficiary of the 2025 Gabe Zimmerman Triple Crown and the host of the free Meet Me at Monday's.
