To help our customers receive a consistent experience at all Taco John’s® restaurants, we require franchisees to keep their restaurant open seven days a week, with minimum hours of 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
When we maintain these hours across the Taco John’s® brand we see potential for higher profits for the restaurants and guests know that they can rely on their local Taco John’s® restaurant to be open when they arrive. This encourages repeat guests across our footprint and keeps with our goal of being Guest Obsessed.
In alignment with the Franchise Agreement and current policy, you may submit for an exception to this requirement. If you believe you qualify for an exception, please reach out to your Franchise Business Consultant for an Exception Request Form. Our Operations team will carefully review an exception request to determine if the request should be granted and take steps to assist you in returning to standard hours of operation.
Remember under your Franchise Agreement you have an obligation to keep these hours unless TJI has granted an exception. It is our expectation that every location be in compliance with these minimum hours of operations no later than May 1, 2023.
