In August of this year, we announced that Technical Insurance Services (TIS) representatives would be reaching out to conduct facility inspections on behalf of Clear Risk Solutions and NPIP. Many of your organizations have been contacted recently and the inspections are already underway.
For those who may not have been contacted yet, we are sending out this notice as a reminder of the potential for an inspection at one or more of your locations. These inspections are helping the pool to proactively eliminate preventable claims, which help to drive down the cost of property insurance.
