Dear Archway Trivium Families,

We are grateful for your patience and cooperation as we continue to improve our traffic flow. Here are some important reminders for families:

1. You MUST use this year's GREEN/ORANGE pick up cards. Please dispose of any yellow/pink cards from last year. Each year, your child is assigned a new pickup number. This number only appears on the 25-26 GREEN/ORANGE cards. Without the correct pickup card, you will have to exit the traffic flow and report to the front office. When old card numbers are entered, it creates confusion and holds up the line. Please ensure anyone authorized to pick up your child has an updated GREEN/ORANGE card.
2. Enter/leave campus by RIGHT TURN ONLY from eastbound Encanto Blvd. Westbound Encanto is NO LEFT TURN. This allows a constant flow of traffic entering campus and prevents backups on Encanto/Bullard. Please be respectful of this policy.
3. Morning Drop-off closes at 7:47am. This week only, we will unload students until 7:50am. Afternoon pick-up ends at 3:30pm (1:55 pm on Wednesdays).
4. We are seeking donations of water bottles/Gatorade for our teachers to stay hydrated during pickup. We are currently going through about 2 cases per day! If you are able to donate, please bring cases to the front office labeled Archway Trivium. Thank you!
