Spring Careers in Event Series   
Save the dates!  
Aimed at introducing different professional areas and related career paths, the ‘Careers in’ events are held throughout the academic year. This spring, our ‘Careers in’ online series will focus on the fields of human rights , research and academia , international business law , and the NGO sector . Our guests will share their stories, give sector-specific career advice, and talk about the impacts of Covid-19 on their fields. Stay tuned for more information and to register next week!

CEU's Living Library is back, this time in a virtual format! This unique alumni-student career networking event aims to create a space where members of our diverse CEU community can engage with each other on issues connected to career development in an informal yet informative way. CEU students and alumni can take part in the EFMD Virtual Career Fair Series offered by Highered , a network of schools across the globe. The Spring series, which started on Tuesday April 28th, includes 12 virtual fairs across different sector-specific industries in two major geographical regions (Europe, the Middle East and Africa / Asia-Pacific). The fairs are entirely virtual and can be accessed via any digital device.
To mark its 75th anniversary in 2020, UN Secretary-General António Guterres launched a global dialogue initiative, UN75. The initiative aims to become the largest and furthest-reaching global conversation on building the future. Since January, discussions have taken place in multiple settings across the world, from classrooms to boardrooms. Anyone can join the conversation. Life Coaching Opportunity
Feeling stuck? Maybe it’s a good time to try life coaching. Alumna Maja Skalar (LEGS ’10), a recently-certified Life Coach, has volunteered to offer five CEU students a one-hour life coaching session. This is a response to the Alumni Relations Office’s recent call to alumni, inviting them to propose new ways to support students during the Covid-19 pandemic. Maja will offer each student a one-hour virtual coaching session as well as a brief follow-up conversation. Please follow this link to learn more and to sign up. The coaching sessions will go to the first five students who sign up, so act quickly!
