Dear Christian Warriors:
Three thousand years ago, the LORD revealed to King Solomon the process by which He would heal a land of wickedness where His people resided. It's obviously still True today: "When I shut up heaven and there is no rain, or command the locusts to devour the land, or send pestilence [ including moral pestilence] among My people, if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, forgive their sin and heal their land." ( 2 Chronicles 7:13,14 NKJV).
God willing, for the next 34 days, ending on January 20, 2025, the Presidential Inauguration, NDR will share each day a simple devotional, naming a national sin. Following the example of Nehemiah, Ezra and Daniel, please join us, repenting yourself, for your family, for this nation, in this case the USA. Join us each day in your own prayer closet, or in any group, confessing and repenting for that national sin. Then, starting at 11 AM Eastern time on January 19, NDR will encourage a 24 hour National Day of Repentance, concluding one hour prior to the Inauguration on January 20. Intercessors from other nations will be invited to join us also. The final two hours of the twenty four will be a zoom call to which you're invited, to acknowledge and repent of the sins and to declare our return to the Lord's Godly roots. It's ALL about giving honor to Almighty God and His process set forth in His Word, not to man. True healing of any nation comes from Him when He "hears from heaven" that His people called by His name have humbled themselves, prayed, sought His face, and turned back to Him, trueley repented. May this process restore the Godly roots of this nation.
The key national sin to focus on this day 14 is the absence of the deep reverence for, the healthy fear of, Almighty God. Many of those who drafted our Constitutional documents had that deep respect and reverence, a real fear of God. They placed that in the language. That fear of God, and His gift of repentance, were vital to the victory in the Revolutionary War, giving His birth to this nation. At one point when the War was going poorly a representative to the Continental Congress said to John Adams: "Sir, how can we begin to defeat the British given their size and experience?" John Adams said: " Sir, we will defeat them if we fear God and repent of our sins." The Continental Congress held eight separate days of "Humiliation, Fasting and Prayer." Almighty God saw their repentance and brought about His Miracles to found this nation in His Liberty, defeating the tyranny of men and kings.
This healthy fear of God also multiplied the early Church: " Then the churches throughout all Judea, Galilee, and Samaria had peace and were edified. And walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, they were multiplied." (Acts 9:31).
Rightfully fearing God goes back to the Israelites. " Now this is the commandment, and these are the statutes and judgments which the LORD your God has commanded to teach you, that you may observe them in the land which are you are crossing over to possess, that you may fear the LORD your God, to keep all His statutes and His commandments which I command you, you and your son and your grandson, all the days of your life, and that your days may be prolonged. Therefore hear, O Israel, and be careful to observe it, that it may be well with you, and that you may multiply greatly as the LORD God of your fathers has promised you--- a land flowing with milk and honey. 'Hear, O Israel! The LORD our God, the LORD is one!" (Deuteronomy 6:1-4). And fearing God is stated in Psalm 111:5-10: " He has given food to those who fear Him; He will ever be mindful of His covenant. He has declared to His people the power of His works, in giving them the heritage of the nations. The works of His hands are verity and justice; all His precepts are sure. They stand fast forever and ever, and are done in truth and uprightness. He has sent redemption to His people; He has commanded His covenant forever; Holy and awesome is His name. The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; a good understanding have all those who do His commandments. His praise endures forever."
Jesus Himself taught the fear of God: "And I say to you, My friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. But I will show you whom you should fear. Fear Him who after He has killed, has power to cast into hell; yes, I say to you, fear Him! Are not five sparrows sold for two copper coins? And not one of them is forgotten before God. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows. (Luke 12:4-7; Matthew 10:27-31).

Please join me in this prayer: Heavenly Father, in Jesus' Name, please forgive me, please forgive my family, please forgive my nation for failing to deeply respect and fear You above all else. Forgive us for failing to multiply Your Church. Forgive us for failing to teach our children Who You Are, and Your abundant LOVE. We are supposed to be salt and light, and light has no course with darkness. True Christians must not compromise, and we must PRESS ONWARD until this scourge of wrath, rebellion and murder, like slavery, has been expunged from our nation through Your Gospel. May we remove hatred and murder from our hearts; may we teach our children to LOVE, not hate. In Jesus' Holy name above all names, Amen.

A dear brother, Joe from Weston, Florida, has written the following: This is so needed—thank you so much for this work and this word. This email stirred my heart this morning. My family recently went to St Augustine to visit one of the first sites where this land was dedicated to Jesus Christ and there is a cross placed there. Once again we consecrate with Jean Ribalt and so many others this land to Jesus and His mission of redemption to the whole world (Mt 28:18-20, Romans 1:5, 16:26) of which it is my firm belief that the best and most forward moving (Gospel days) are still to unfold. It is for the glory of God and so very clear in scripture. We will pray and move with great conviction and alacrity to that end. 🙏🙏🙏 That Jesus is Lord and all is to come under His Name is the plan for all ages—America has a special role and calling to fulfill this. We must pray and consecrate ourselves, family, nation (and all else) to this purpose. Ephesians 1:10,11.
