New Year's Reflections from Christie

Dear OneSource Members & Friends,

Happy New Year! As we step into 2025, I’m feeling a mix of excitement, hope, and deep gratitude for our incredible nonprofit community and the dedicated professionals like you that make it tick. The inspiring work you do lifting others, tackling tough challenges, and creating lasting change energizes and motivates me to find new and meaningful ways to support you.

This year, OneSource is not just looking forward—we’re leveling up! We’re making big changes to ensure our members have EVERYTHING they need to crush their goals and create sustainable impact.

Here’s what’s new:

Your Personal OneSource Concierge: We now have a dedicated staff member to listen to your needs, connect you to resources and new partners to make sure you are taking full advantage of your membership.

A Fresh, Better-Than-Ever Common Good Store: We've cleared out old merchandise and are restocking with new fresh products. Easier to shop both in person and online, in 2025 you’ll find the store packed with supplies and furniture selected with care to better meet the needs of your organization and your clients. Still a bit of a work in progress, but we should be fully restocked and organized by the end of the month.

Cost Savings That Go Further: We’ve got more ways than ever to stretch your budget…stay tuned!

Exclusive Savings & Grant Eligibility for Premium Members: In 2025, Premium members will have access to additional savings on consulting, coaching and leadership development as well as the opportunity to access grant funding as it becomes available.

We know your work isn’t easy, and we know that none of us can do it alone. That’s why, in 2025, OneSource is all in — more support, more collaboration, more of what you need to make incredible things happen.

Your mission is our mission. Together, we've got this!

With Gratitude,

Christie

Leadership Development 2025:

Unleash Your Nonprofit's Potential By Investing In Your Leaders

Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality.”

– Warren G. Bennis

Leadership development programs designed specifically for nonprofits such as OneSource Center's Nonprofit Leadership Institute (NLI), are crucial to the succcess of nonprofits of every size and mission. Nonprofits operate in a unique landscape with distinct challenges and opportunities and need leaders who are deeply connected to their organization’s mission and values. NLI programs are designed to equip our region's nonprofit leaders with the skills they need to lead with empathy, purpose, and a focus on social impact...even in the face of limited resources, shifting funding landscapes, and increasing demands for transparency and accountability.

Leadership development is also a powerful tool for staff retention. When you offer your leaders an opportunity for growth within your organization, they feel valued, invested in and are far more likely to stay dedicated to your mission over the long term.
