Renewal Requirement:

As part of the renewal process, you are required to upload a copy of your Continuing Education certificate. We understand that some of you may have experienced difficulties in locating this certificate in your email.

Finding Your Certificate:

To locate your Continuing Education certificate, we recommend performing a simple search in your email inbox, trash, promotions and spam folders for "[email protected]." This email address is where the certificate is sent from, and this search should help you quickly locate the necessary email.

Order Number Requirement:

Please note that you will also need the 4-digit order number located at the bottom right of the certificate.

We strongly encourage you to initiate your license renewal at your earliest convenience to avoid any last-minute complications.
