Did you know that hair products expire?

Most hair products that are more naturally based, such as the ones manufactured by the companies who we choose to partner with, use few preservatives and have a shelf life of about 9-12 months.

If your hair products have been sitting around for a while, it may be time to replace them for maximum freshness (smell/texture included) and performance.

Update on Jelena

As many of you have asked, Jelena is still in Serbia helping her mom. We are keeping in touch and hope for her return home soon! We will be sure to send out a note when her schedule opens up. Please feel free to see any of our talented stylists for your hair needs while she is away.

Parking

The Quay is currently re-surfacing the parking lot under the building. While this is being completed in stages and there is still parking available, space is limited. Here are a few other parking options:

• The ICBC lot now has spaces available for the general public during the day
• The new building across the street from the Quay has underground public parking
• Chadwick Court (on the other side of the bus depot) parking lot
• The Pinnacle Hotel parking lot
• The Shipyards underground parking

Cancellation Policy

Just a gentle reminder that we do ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice when cancelling appointments.

We have reserved time especially for you and "no shows" and late cancellations will result in a service charge and/or the loss of the opportunity to book future appointments with us. Thank You in advance for extending this courtesy to your stylist and other clients who may be on a waiting list.
