We finally have the date and time for what will be an epic battle over Rent Control in Connecticut, its Tuesday, Feb. 21 at 10:00 AM.

The Bill is proposing a rent cap at 4% plus and adjustment for inflation, it's Raised Bill 6588, AN ACT CONCERNING RENT STABILIZATION here's a copy of the Bill

The proposal is being heavily supported by tenants and tenant advocates yet Rent Control has never worked as intended anywhere they tried it!

We need a large amount of landlords to oppose this bill either by testifying the day of the hearing or submitting written testimony.
