Pasadena Housing Providers

We attended the Rental Housing Board meeting this week, where Director Helen Morales announced that all housing providers MUST register their Single Family Home, ADU, Apartment, Condo or Town Home if it is not owner occupied.

Owner & Tenant names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, rental amounts, and dates of tenancy are to be submitted by December 22nd.

We will keep you posted as the applicable forms and details become available.
