Pure Aveda Salonspa is reopening May 17!!
Our tribe is excited to be back in the salon to see all of you. Please read all the information below to help us transition into our temporary "new normal"

If you have traveled recently, been exposed to COVID-19, or have any symptoms, we request that you wait two weeks before coming in or scheduling your appointment.

The team at Pure Aveda Salonspa will be wearing masks and we require all guests wear masks as well.

Masks must be worn at all times while at Pure Aveda Salonspa.

We will have disposable masks available to guests receiving a color service who arrive without a disposable mask.

We will temporarily be suspending all high touch AVEDA rituals at this 
time. This includes hand and shoulder massages and makeup touchups.

Makeup and facial waxing services have also been suspended until further notice.

Our washer and dryer are constantly running, this is nothing new for us, just a gentle reminder that we have always cared about your safety.

We know, the tea is amazing! However, due to the intense sanitation and disinfection we are already doing, we will temporarily be suspending all beverage services for now.  

Did you know that our delicious AVEDA tea is available to purchase in our retail area. You can enjoy a comforting cup of tea right in your own home any time you wish. πŸ΅πŸ’•

We know, you just really want a hug or a handshake because it has been so long since we have seen you. We will only be using touch-less hello's and goodbyes (for now).

We are unable to accept cash at this point, that includes making change for gratuities. Thank you for understanding.

When entering the salon, a tribe member will direct you to one of our wash stations you can wash your hands before your service begins.

Less is more when it comes to germs. Please only bring in the necessities (car keys, phone, payment) for your appointment.

Only one person per stylist will be allowed. We are currently not able to accept multiple guests or parties.
 
While we normally love meeting your friends and family, we cannot have you bring them with you at this time.

Our tribe has been divided into two teams, Team Air Control & Team Control Force, to allow for social distancing.

Our designers are now positioned with at least 6 feet between occupied stations.

When we say we're here for you, we mean it! Please allow our Experience Center team shop for you during your service to minimize your exposure.

You can help by making sure to respond quickly to our text messages or answer the phone when it’s your turn in the queue. Please note some calls will be coming from numbers marked with no caller ID.
