MadREP Report | June 3, 2020
As we continue to navigate Wisconsin’s reopening and economic recovery, we are once again asking the business community to help us understand their needs to drive future support. The June COVID-19 Business Impact survey is live, and we need businesses of all sizes to participate so we can educate our partners at the state and federal level on what you need to reopen and recover safely.

This week, our partners at WEDC have launched the We’re All In Small Business Grant program , designed to help small businesses get back on their feet as they re-emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic and Safer at Home, while also encouraging adoption of best practices to keep employees, customers and communities safe. Funded by the federal CARES Act, the program will provide $2,500 to 30,000 Wisconsin small businesses to assist with the costs of business interruption or for health and safety improvements, wages and salaries, rent, mortgages and inventory.

The online grant application will be accessible for one week from 8:00 a.m. Monday, June 15, through 11:59 p.m. Sunday, June 21.

For the latest reopening and recovery resources, be sure to check the MadREP website often.
